Lil Durk is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and head of the Only the Family (OTF) collective. He was formerly signed to Def Jam Recordings. Durk joined the Alamo (Interscope Records) roster in 2018. His discography includes Remember My Name (2015), Lil Durk 2X (2016), and Signed to the Streets 3 (2018). He’s collaborated with Dej Loaf, Jeremih and Tee Grizzley among others. Durk was named to the 2014 XXL Freshmen Class. Lil Durk grew up listening to acts like Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Meek Mill and Rick Ross. He began taking the rap game seriously in 2011, the same year he founded the OTF collective. His first two singles were “Sneak Dissin” and “I’ma Hitta.” Durk’s debut mixtape, I’m A Hitta, was independently released in August 2011. The second installment, I’m Still a Hitta, followed closely in April 2012. Durk’s third mixtape, Life Ain’t No Joke (2012), featured guest artists French Montana, Soulja Boy and Yo Gotti.
